Atomic Workwear Instagram Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is Dallaswear Ltd, trading as Atomic Workwear (“Atomic”, “we”, “us” or “our”), of Unit 6 Avenue Business Park, Justin Road, Chingford, E4 8SU.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta.
By entering the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. The Giveaway
Atomic Workwear is giving away two (2) Atomic Workwear Kits to two separate winners.
Each winner will be entitled to choose:
-
One (1) pair of Atomic Workwear trousers;
-
One (1) Atomic Workwear hoodie; and
-
One (1) Atomic Workwear jacket.
The combined maximum retail value of all prizes available across both winners is £300.
Each winner may select their preferred eligible trousers, hoodie and jacket from the products made available by Atomic Workwear, subject to the maximum prize value and product, colour and size availability.
3. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
Employees of Atomic Workwear, its associated companies, agents, contractors and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to enter.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
Internet access and an Instagram account are required.
4. Promotion Period
The promotion opens at 45:00 on [07/10/2026] and closes at [13:00] on [15/10/2026].
Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.
Atomic Workwear accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, delayed, lost, corrupted or otherwise not successfully submitted due to technical problems or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
5. How to Enter
To submit a valid entry, entrants must complete all of the following during the Promotion Period:

Follow the Atomic Workwear Instagram account;

Like the official giveaway post; and
-
Comment on the official giveaway post stating their trade and tagging one workmate.
There is no charge to enter the prize draw and no purchase is necessary.
Entrants must continue to meet the entry requirements at the time the winners are verified.
Only entries made on the official Atomic Workwear giveaway post will be accepted.
Comments that are offensive, abusive, discriminatory, unlawful, fraudulent, spam, or otherwise inappropriate may be removed and the associated entry disqualified.
6. Number of Entries
Each eligible person may submit one entry into the prize draw.
Multiple comments or tags by the same entrant will not create additional entries.
Automated entries, entries submitted through third parties, bulk entries, fake accounts or entries generated by scripts, bots or other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified.
7. Winner Selection
There will be two (2) winners.
Following the closing date, the winners will be selected at random from all valid and eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The random selection will be carried out using a verifiably random process or under appropriate independent supervision.
Each winner may win a maximum of one Atomic Workwear Kit in this prize draw.
8. Winner Notification
The winners will be contacted by Atomic Workwear through the official Atomic Workwear Instagram account within 7 days of the closing date.
Atomic Workwear will never ask a winner to provide bank or payment card details, make a payment, or pay a fee in order to claim their prize.
Winners may be required to provide their full name, delivery address, contact details and information reasonably required to verify their eligibility and arrange delivery of the prize.
A winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted.
If a winner:
-
cannot be contacted;
-
does not respond within the stated period;
-
cannot provide the information reasonably required to verify eligibility;
-
does not comply with these Terms & Conditions; or
-
declines the prize,
Atomic Workwear reserves the right to withdraw the prize from that winner and select a replacement winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
9. Choosing the Prize
Each winner may choose one eligible pair of Atomic Workwear trousers, one eligible Atomic Workwear hoodie and one eligible Atomic Workwear jacket.
All choices are subject to stock, colour and size availability.
The total combined retail value of the prizes awarded to both winners will not exceed £300.
If a winner's preferred product, colour or size is unavailable, Atomic Workwear will offer a reasonable alternative from the available range.
Prize items cannot be exchanged for cash.
No cash alternative is available.
The prize is non-transferable unless Atomic Workwear agrees otherwise in writing.
10. Delivery
Prize delivery to a valid UK address will be provided free of charge.
Atomic Workwear will arrange delivery with each winner once their product selections, sizes and delivery information have been confirmed.
Atomic Workwear will not be responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.
11. Publicity and Winner Information
Atomic Workwear may announce the winners through its Instagram account after the winners have been verified.
We may publish limited information sufficient to identify the winners in accordance with applicable promotional rules.
Where required by applicable rules, Atomic Workwear will make information showing that valid awards took place available on request.
If a winner objects to their information being made available, they should notify Atomic Workwear when accepting the prize. This will not prevent Atomic Workwear from providing winner information to a relevant regulator where required.
Any use of a winner's photograph, testimonial or other promotional content beyond what is necessary to administer and announce the prize draw will be subject to any additional consent required.
12. Personal Data
Personal information supplied by entrants will be used primarily for the administration of this promotion, including verifying entries, contacting winners and arranging delivery of prizes.
Personal information will be processed in accordance with Atomic Workwear's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
Entering this prize draw does not automatically subscribe an entrant to Atomic Workwear marketing emails, SMS messages or other direct marketing.
Where an entrant separately chooses to receive marketing communications, their information may be used for those purposes in accordance with the consent provided and Atomic Workwear's Privacy Policy.
13. Disqualification
Atomic Workwear reserves the right to disqualify any entrant where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the entrant has:

breached these Terms & Conditions;

attempted to manipulate the promotion;

submitted fraudulent or automated entries;
-
used fake or duplicate accounts;
-
interfered with the fair operation of the promotion; or
-
otherwise acted fraudulently or dishonestly.
14. Changes or Cancellation
Atomic Workwear reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
Any changes will be made only where reasonably necessary and in a manner intended to avoid unfairly disadvantaging entrants.
15. Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
To the extent permitted by law, Atomic Workwear will not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control in connection with this promotion.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects an entrant's statutory rights.
16. Instagram and Meta
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta.
Entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Atomic Workwear and not to Instagram, Facebook or Meta.
By entering, entrants release Instagram and Meta from responsibility in relation to the administration of this promotion to the extent permitted by law.
17. General
Atomic Workwear's decision regarding the administration of the promotion is final, subject to applicable law and regulatory requirements.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
These Terms & Conditions and the promotion are governed by the laws applicable in the United Kingdom, and entrants retain any rights they have regarding the courts applicable to them as consumers.
